MBA 11-inch 64gb owners... do use iLife?

I just totally wiped my 64gb SSD to reinstall OSX last night... and when I went to reinstall iLife '11 I hit stop and thought about what I was doing.

There really is no need for any of the iLife suite apps on the MBA is there? I don't use Garage Band... iMovie seems like a waste of time on a 1.4ghz MBA. I've never used iWeb; iDVD... totally pointless without a DVD drive.
iPhoto could be the only one... but i put all my photos on my iMac anyway... and I think I'm going to switch over to primarily using Aperture since it does everything iPhoto does and more...
Not sure if Front Row is part of iLife... but it's pretty well pointless since the MBA has no IR port.

Is there a reason any of you keep your iLife suite apps around on the low end MBA?

I use iPhoto for sure. Occasionally I upload photos from email on my MBA or my iphone. I like to keep my last 24 months of photos on my MBA. I have a iMac that I keep everything on. I mostly create my iMovies on my imac then copy the movies and save them in iTunes on my MBA. I tried and created an iMovie on the MBA but seen no advantage over the late 2007 iMac. So as far as I see it, for me iPhoto is my only real need on MBA.

I guess what it all depends on what you do but no I don't load ilife. I have msoffice loaded and will just use it for that - any photos will go on my big home machine or a 16 gb memstick. I did download paintbrush to edit some photos, but that just to prune them for keynote/PP.

My MBA is a road warrior machine and not used for anything but that - mostly keynote.

Aperture

I reinstalled OSX on mine too. I downloaded Aperture from the app store and use it instead of iPhoto. It takes more room than iPhoto but by not installing any of the iLife applications I came out ahead. You can just install the ones you want, like iPhoto too. You can always change your mind and install any of it later.

Aperture, unlike iPhoto, doesn't duplicate your image when you edit it. It can save you some space.
