MBA 11" loosing wifi when connecting to external screen

Hi!
I have a brand new MacBook Air 11.6". But I seem to have a rather strange problem. I seem to loose my wifi-connection when i plug my Mini Displayport cable from the 24" Cinema screen. The MBA works perfectly as a standalone, but as soon as I plug in the Displayport, the wifi stops to work. It stops downloading the bits and bytes in my web browser. I still have full signal strength though.

Anyone with a good idea???

Did you try switching your wireless network to a different channel, using AirPort Utility?
