MBA 2016 vs 2017 Difference - Worth it?

Looking for 256Gigs 13-inch Macbook Air.
Its $1050 for 2017 and 900$ for 2016 model.
The only difference is processors 0.2 Mhz clock speed.
Is 5350u slightly better than 5250u? Worth it?
What to choose?

$150 difference will cover goods like cases, hdmi adapter etc.

The difference is probably not worth it, but it all depends on your use case.

It's browser-based usage in 80%.
Nearly 20% External soft like Adobe Photoshop, Excel, light apps.

I'm not an expert on the MBA, but I imagine any one you buy will handle your load just fine.
