I have a new 13in MBA, and on one of the corners, the metal is chipped a bit.. Enough that it leaves scratches on me when I accidentally scrape against it. Does this warrant a trip to the genius bar? This computer is like 2 months old, and has never been dropped, bumped, scratched, etc. I don't want to be nit picky, but it's scratching me! WWYD?

Make a GB reservation and bring it to the store. If your computer is causing you harm then I would recommend you to stop using it until its fixed.

You could try to take it to the Apple Store. They might blame it on "physical damage" though.

That stinks. You could try taking a nail file to the sharp but and dulling it down a bit, or go ahead and take it in and have it looked at.
