Hi Friends,
I have MBA 2013 mid model, it was working fine for 4 years. Accidentally I dropped a object on the screen and it damaged my lcd. There is a big strip in my screen. I tried to replace the screen, but it is very expensive, so I bought a used Mac Pro in that budget.
Now my question is , I don't want to throw the machine, can something be done to use it again, any idea. I tried to sell it online they are asking for very cheap price. Suggest me a good idea to make it run again.

Use an external monitor.

The air, from mid-2013 to 2018, use the same LCD assembly.

Maybe by a used air with a damaged motherboard and working screen to replace your broken screen?

Just the obvious. By a used machine or display and put it in. But its at least $200. in Apple store they charge u $400.

So not really worth it
