I have the MBA M1 and I noticed that the lower right near the corner it’s a little uneven in balance. It wobbles a little when I put firm pressure on that side. Do any of you have the same issue on your MBA?

The only time I've heard of MacBooks wobbling is when they have battery issues.

These things are machined to pretty tight tolerances so this should happen.

I'd just get it replaced.

I guess you are sure your surface is flat ... I had that problem once with a 2012 MBP 13 and it turned out my desk was less than perfect

A couple of people on here have reported this.
One sent his back but another loosened the screws in the underside and then tightened them evenly and the problem disappeared.
Just don't leave any obvious marks if you try it :)

I second those who are saying it might be your table that's not perfectly flat. Very, very likely that's the cause.

It’s not my desk. I put my Lenovo laptop on my desk and it’s balanced evenly and no wobble or no flex. I put on my mba on my kitchen counter top and on a lamp table and still it has the flex and wobble. I’m going to return my mba tomorrow and be ordering a new one, perhaps the base mba.

Exchange it - had the exact same issue. It wasn't the surface because I have a 2019 MBA that lies perfectly level in the same spot. I temporarily leveled the new M1 MBA by backing out some of the bottom cover screws, but in the end I exchanged it for an M1 MBP. You paid good money for it, exchange it or it will drive you bonkers.

I returned my MBA M1 back to Best Buy this morning and got a refund. I told them about the flex on the right palm rest and wobble on the lower right corner of MBA. One of the geek squad workers actually compared it to their MBA display model. The display model had no flex and no wobble. I'm going to order new MBA M1, but this time with 16GB of RAM as I do not like seeing high memory pressure for doing the basics tasks.

Could always get an uneven desk to put it on... Maybe an Apple Desk... imagine the cost of a desk designed by Apple. Probably could afford two Teslas for the price of it.
