MBA M1 T7 Shield/ Crucial X8, show me your speed results!

I'm eyeing up the T7 Shield or crucial X8 1tb as a cheaper alternative to the acasis/980 pro combo because in all honesty I don't need the speed difference BUT I want to hear if you guys have tested the speed of these two cheaper drives on the MacBook Air M1.

This is what I got via Blackmagic with my T7 Shield hooked up via USB 3.2 Type C to C cable to my M1 MBA as an APFS drive. Not terrific against its claimed 1G maximum, but okay. It might have done better if it was formatted as ex FAT. I like the drive.
