A few months ago I spilled my MBA with water, opened it, dried it, everything works now, except I get strange behaviour:
if I load the CPU a bit (watch youtube, watch a movie in VLC, start a game, edit in photoshop,...) the CPU goes up to 100% and the fans go top speed and the computer basically stops responding for about a minute or so and this repeats about every 15 minutes (depending what I am doing).

I have reinstalled the OS and its the same, also upgraded to Sierra and no difference.

There must be a hardware reason for this, since it never did this before the spill, also i think an i5 core should be able to handle e.g. youtube videos. Any ideas what should I look into fixing? These "freezes" are quite annoying!
