MBA not syncing email with iPhone/iPad?

I replied to an email, using my iPhone, but it is not showing in the thread on my Mac.

It is showing in sent email, though.

Both iPhone, and iPad are both showing the same conversation.

Can anyone please advise?

The fact that it's showing on iPhone and iPad indicate it's making it to the server, and that both of those are set up on IMAP

What version of macOS?
Is Mail menu > Settings > Viewing > "Include related messages" ticked?
Does Mailbox menu > Get All New Mail affect it at all?

I checked, and that setting is enabled.
