I need to replace my old SATA2 SSD to a new faster one.

Now for under $130. i got 2 option.

1 Buy used 2012 air 128GB pci-e ssd + adapter.
2 Buy SATA3 card + Ordinary 256GB SATA3 SSD (500mb R/W).

Can your guys recommended me?

AFAIK the 2012 MacBook Air has a S-ATA based SSD and not a PCIe based one.

a PCIe based SSD would be my choice. if not available I'd get a VELOCITY solo X2 together with a SAMSUNG 840 EVO.

I've go to agree with mikeboss. I have a Velocity Solo X2 and a 840 Pro, but my next one will be PCIe and Apple 4x blade drive. It's much faster and Trim enabled out of the box.
