Hello,

I ordered my MacBook Air (1.8 GHz, 120 GB) on the 21st October 2008 and I'm waiting and waiting for it to come.

Can anyone tell me where the problem is, why Apple doesn't ship the new MBA Rev.B to Europe???

I'm from Vienna (Austria) and I ordered my MBA there at a "Apple Premium Reseller" store!

Maybe someone can give me some information about that, because the shopman over there always said that he knew nothing at all.

thx

Huh??

Anyway, all the Apple products I ordered, some at a reseller the rest directly from Apple, shipped from shanghai. If it gets stuck in customs or something, it could take awhile. However, it has been many months and i would give the reseller a call.

Good luck!!

i ordered my MBA 1,86 (120GB HDD) on november the 17. and got it 15. dezember. the second one (had flickering, lines and so on) will arrive in 3 days or so (is at the export scan in shanghai right now).

so, there shouldn´t be a problem with shipping right now.

Hi byte4byte

Have you been in contact with the 'premium reseller' you ordered from to ask them what is causing the delay?

I'd say the reseller is the source here. Between the backorders and the shipments allotted for the stores, who knows if resellers are even getting any yet. Technically it's only been just over a week since we saw the first ones ship.

Hi gjw4u,

yes I'm in contact with the 'premium reseller' and there only answer is: "We don't know anything, apple doesn't give us any information about the delayed shipping problem".

I think there must be serious problems, because I'm waiting now over 9 weeks for my MacBook Air (1,8 GHz, 120 GB HD)!
