What's your MBA's SSD scoring in Xbench? Admittedly, I was expecting higher results from an SSD, but don't know how reliable Xbench is.

Sorry if this thread has been done already. I couldn't find one with Rev. C results.

MBA Rev. C, 2.13Ghz, 128GB SSD

it's a SL upgrade. Came installed with plain old leopard. I wonder if reburning with a clean install with SL will boost performance any.

There is another thread that has all of the benchmarks from every MBA including rev C.

Snow Leopard scores 30 less points than Leopard did because OpenGL is messed up in Snow Leopard. I think it's just another problem with Snow Leopard that needs to be fixed. I even forgot about this when I bashed SL in another thread.

Someone mentioned in the other thread that Apple realizes this and is "planning" to fix it. I feel it's pretty sad that with all the hype about 64-bit, OpenCL, and Grand Central Dispatch, that Apple completely ignored performance in this other way. I am also surprised that because of this Snow Leopard wasn't rated worse than Windows 7 in the comparison article yesterday. I guess even OS X running at 75% is slightly better than Windows.

It's sad sad sad!
