MBA SSD upgrade question

Hey all, I was recently thinking of buying an OWC ssd to up my memory. My questions are:

1) Does Lion support trim for ssd? If so, will it work with an OWC ssd?
2) How difficult is it to install it?
3) Does installing owc ssd void apple warranties?

Thanks for any helpful responses. This is my first mac so I wanted to get another owner's advice and hear about their experiences and knowledge with this type of upgrade.

1) Yes, not for third party ssd.
2) Very easy.
3) No
