MBP 14 - M4 Max stuttery/fps drop scrolling

I recently spent around $6500 on a M4 Max and it's killing me. When I switch between windows or scroll, it shutters a lot. If the battery is below 20% it's crazy bad.


I tried all possible solutions like reinstalling, first aid etc.. but nothing.

go to apple store not rumors site

Bring it to Apple Store for inspection especially if it's within 2 weeks, they might do full refund/replacement (former more likely)
