MBP 14 not going to sleep,and sleep option grayed out

need help pls ! mac wont sleep,here is what terminall says



sleep 1 (sleep prevented by powerd, bluetoothd)


i dont have the advanced bluetooth section anymore to disable "use bluetooth devices to wake up the mac" ,and when i go in apple menu,top left,the sleep option is grayed out...

it doesn't seem to be to do with processes preventing sleep. these seem to be normal processes that stop the computer sleeping while you're using it?

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/com.apple.PowerManagement SystemPowerSettings -dict SleepDisabled -bool NO

for me it was a battery utility that was preventing sleep in order to discharge the battey and reach a certain level
