MBP 15" Keypbard Removal

OK after having too many later night snacks around my Mac i really need to remove the keyboard and give it a good clean.

What is the easiest way to do this without taking the unit apart and invalidating my warranty ?

turn it upside down and blow compressed air or if you dare you can pop off some / all keys to get a better cleaning.
