MBP 16" CPU thermal throttling

Hi people. I want to ask a question about my CPU performance of my mbp 16". My config is i9, 2.3GHz, 32Gb, 2Tb, 5500M, 8Gb.

When I start two benchmark (Heaven and Cinebench) simultaneously the CPU runs at the 1.6GHz only. I think that the minimal frequency should not be lower the 2.3GHz which it defined in the specs.

With the two benchmarks at the same time, you're asking both the CPU and GPU to push to the max. They both use the same power budget, so you will end up with throttling of them both (especially the CPU in your case).
