MBP 16" Screen flicker/ghost/lag...anyone experiencing this?

I have attached the video...since i can record it, it seems software related?
But it only occurs at that specific part of the screen and can be annoying...
Is anyone else seeing this?

Weird. That definitely should not be happening.

Does it occur on both Intel-integrated and AMD-discrete graphics?

Apple may want you to try reinstalling the OS. Have you a spare thumb drive or hard disk you can install macOS on?

Yeah, happened with both AMD and Intel graphics...
I got a bit of stuff on the macbook, so reinstalling would be my last resort...

What could've cause this?
