Hello, I’ve a MacBook Pro 16 with Catalina 10.15.2

at the morning the Mac is hot when it’s supposed to sleep.
I’ve opened the console and it wake up during night mainly because of Bluetooth (Something about beacon and near device) and dark wake. Is that normal?
I’ve disabled wake on lan and Bluetooth at all without success.
Thanks

That's the Power Nap. Not the BT and USB-C hub. While activated it keeps the computer running some tasks.

Disable it in Energy Saver.
