MBP 17" 2.33 for $2,375 - is it a good deal?

I have the chance to pick up a bought, but unopened MBP 17" 2.33 for $2,375. Do you think it is a good deal? Thanks for the answer in advance.

I am currently using a white MB CD maxed the RAM and HD (120GB)...
