Just curious to all, but does the text seem to be really, really small and hard to read? For instance, if you're surfing on the net or if you use pages/numbers...do you find that the text is ok to read or hard to read...causing you to "apple-+" to increase text size?

and no, i'm not old.....i'm 28 with perfect vision via lasik.

thanks :)

I have a hi-res 17" MBP, and I don't have any issues reading text.

yeah, that's the same setup I have as well. I just find it hard to read Pages/Numbers and even some websites as the resolution is just so tight/crisp. Usually, i have to get Pages to zoom to about 150% for it to be pretty legible.

oh well...i was just curious. carry on!

I went to the Apple store to test out the 17" screens and the extra resolution was no problem on my eyes. I really liked it. Might be different for others though.
