MBP 2013 late 13" and Dell U2415 24" issue

So my problem is, I have an external monitor screen filling problem. My MacBook Pro (2013 13" Late) is not filling the entire screen of a Dell U2415 External Monitor.


I tried to change resolutions, mirroring, closing macbook, change cables (hdmi-hdmi, mdp-dp), resetting pram, smc, but yet nothing worked.
