MBP battery wont charge! Just bought it

For some reason my MBP battery wont charge to 100%. I rarely unplug it and usually leave it plugged in all the time. It would get to 98% and then stop and now wont go past 97%. I just bought this machine a week ago, do I need to go in and get the battery replaced?
