MBP coming apart?

I got my SR MBP about a month ago, and I've absolutely loved it. Everything seems to work fine, and I haven't had any of the problems mentioned here.

Just yesterday, however, I noticed that the upper left corner of it is pulling apart from the case.

Should I be concerned about this? Feeling the other corners, the bottom two are okay, and the top right has a grade going across it, though I'm not concerned about it. Is this as simple as glue/putting something heavy on it for awhile, or do I need to call Apple about this?

Take it to your local Apple store, get that sorted.

Ain't good for it to be doing that - could warp round even more over time.

Call Apple.
They might tell you its cosmetic and the warranty does not cover it or whatever, but, tell them you dont want your computer to pop open some random day. I've seen pics of this happening to other people.

Has your MBP running extremely hot? like, 70-80 idle, and 80+ under load?

To me it looks like a clip on the case got disengaged/re-engaged incorrectly more than anything. Either way, you'll need to take it in to your local Apple Store and a Genius should be able to fix that up for you.

No, not at all. I'm getting 45 right now on normal load.

And thanks. I'll arrange for an appointment to get this fixed.

Um, wow. Those pics made me look at all the corners of the MBP...lol. Definitely get this sorted with Apple.
