Yes.
In Windows, CTRL + click is something you use when making a multiple selection, either to add a new object to an existing multiple selection or to remove an object from an existing multiple selection. It is NOT equivalent to doing a right-click. For example, if I have items A, B, C, and D, and I want to select A, C, and D, I would
click A
CTRL + click C
CTRL + click D
If I then wanted to remove C from the selection, I would
CTRL + click C
If you've used Virtual PC in the past, CTRL + click worked as a right-click there because the Mac OS was processing that for you and Virtual PC knew that that meant you wanted a right-click... but in pure Windows (no Virtual PC), CTRL + click is not the same as doing a right-click.
