nothing happened , it just like i press clikc only ??
is this normal ?
Yes.

In Windows, CTRL + click is something you use when making a multiple selection, either to add a new object to an existing multiple selection or to remove an object from an existing multiple selection. It is NOT equivalent to doing a right-click. For example, if I have items A, B, C, and D, and I want to select A, C, and D, I would

click A
CTRL + click C
CTRL + click D

If I then wanted to remove C from the selection, I would

CTRL + click C

If you've used Virtual PC in the past, CTRL + click worked as a right-click there because the Mac OS was processing that for you and Virtual PC knew that that meant you wanted a right-click... but in pure Windows (no Virtual PC), CTRL + click is not the same as doing a right-click.

The InputRemapper thing I linked to above might be able to help... apparently, it's a Windows utility that lets you map keyboard keys to mouse actions.

I don't know whether Bluetooth should work in Windows on a MBP... I know it works on an Intel-based Mac mini, so I guess it SHOULD work, but it may be that you've not installed the BT drivers or that BT just isn't turned on.

bluetooth works flawlessly on my MBP. And coincidentally, I use it with a Kensington Blue Tooth mouse. I'd recommend it as it's easy to carry around and no wires.

I"m glad someone pointed out that control-click DOES NOT EQUAL RIGHT CLICK IN WINDOWS. I've seen a handful of people post about this and this is always the response they get from the Mac users here. I too have XP installed and there is no right click. I haven't bothered remapping anything because I'm always using my mouse when in windows.

If an item is highlighted(with one click) shift+F10 will bring up the "right click" contextual menu in windows.

iMouse is here to rescue!

Real right-click in Windows for one-button mice/trackpads.

http://livecn.huasing.org/imouse/

It enables CapsLock+Click for right-click in Windows. (NOTE: Ctrl+Click has its own meaning in Windows -- Item selection/deselection in lists)
