On Sunday my 2 week old MBP started to become extremely frustrating. It started with safari quitting ever 5 min, eventually got to programs (photo both, itunes, front) freezing, then progressed to kernel panics. I repaired disk permissions to no avail and ran hardware test. The test spat out a "MEM400" error code which i have come to learn that no one really knows what this means. On the apple support discussion page this problem seems to span things from bad RAM to bad VRAM to full-fledged logic board issues.

I took it to the apple store today to see what they could do. I checked it in but now i am considering just sending it back. It is my understanding that apple takes replaces computers less than 14 days old under their DOA pollicy. I was just wondering if anyone has gone through this process? Has anyone every had an issue with "MEM400" and does anyone know if the apple store can replace/send my laptop back to apple?

Any help would be most applicative. I'm really disappointed that all this is happening. I just hope apple follows through with something.

Thanks in advance....
