MBP drive a 1920 x 1200 display?

I am looking at getting a 24" display with 1920 x 1200 res and was wondering how well the 2.4 SR will handle it (I am more concerned about Vista, cause of games).

If any games can run at this res, at what settings would I be able to run C&C 3, Zero Hour, F.E.A.R, or some other fairly demanding games?

Any input would be nice thx

The MacBook Pro can run up to a 30" Apple or Dell display at 2560 x 1600 through its dual-link DVI out port, so it shouldn't have a problem with 1920 x 1200.

As to whether it will run the games you mention well, I can't say... but there are some other threads about gaming on MBPs if you use the search function.

You could even get a MBP with built in 1920x1200 display!
