So I have been having a terrible issues of kernel panic for a while now. So I call tech support and we narrow down the problem to hard. They think it maybe the new ram I installed. However, every hardware test we did on the mac proved nothing is wrong. So I got my ram at Best Buy and it is the Corsair ram for MBPs and what not. So I go to the place that installed the ram to have it taken out. They take out the new ram, still I get a kernel panics. Takes out the stock ram and use the new ram still same issue. They tech guys says it may be the logic board.
So I go to a local apple store and they agree that it is a hardware problem from what they see. They send it in and I get it back 4 days latter. All I see on the repair sheet that they formatted my hd and installed tiger again. So I go to another Apple store, and show them the problem and they say the last Apple store did a horrible job at writing up the report. So they send it out again. Now I get it back today. I see that they replaced the main board and fixed what ever else was wrong. So I turn it on and see that everything was back to the way I left it. I found that odd since I would have assumed that replacing the main board also meant formatting the hd and reinstalling the os. But I did realizes somethings where acting weired. So I formatted the hd and did a clean install.
3 hours latter everything is working nice till I try to run Toast. The software loads fine but the moment I try to click something I get a another bloody kernel panic. So I turn off the computer and turn it back on. The comp would load for a few seconds and I would see that kernel panic like repair screen or what not and then it would kernel panic again. It has done this 4 times not and won't let me even boot into osx. I cant even do anything with it at all.
So what can I do to have my MBP running again? I am p***** as ***k and I am getting really sick and tired of this. *@#$%^(@!!!
