MBP hdd replacement

I am soon to be buying a macbook pro but want to install a Hitachi 7k200 hdd. I'm fairly confident I could do this myself but don't want to risk voiding the waranty on my new shiny laptop. Can anyone recommend any places in the uk where I could get this done? Do the apple stores offer this for example?

Look for a certified Apple reseller (an independent store), or go to an Apple store. It's really not that hard to do, I did mine myself, but it's not considered a user-servicable part. Resellers often have certified Apple technicians. Unfortunately I don't know of any specific store in the UK, but there are several independent resellers here that are basically unofficial Apple stores. They provide tech support, fix machines, sell iPods, accessories, software, etc.
