MBP IR and cell phone IR

Hello. I'm getting the next version of the MBP as soon as they adopt the new form factor (hopefully at wwdc or extremely soon thereafter). The cell phone I'm getting is the Nokia 6102i with built in Bluetooth and Infrared Data Transfer. Do you think the IR in the cell will work with the IR in the MBP? I know the bluetooth will, because....well, it's bluetooth. Do you think with the phone I could controll Front Row? Thanks.

Won't work unless you find a way to hack the system.
