I ordered the 1.67 and just called to make sure it was going to be upgraded to the 1.83. The person that answered said that the video card will be upgraded to. It doesnt show this on the website and was wondering if anyone knew what was going on. I really would rather have the 256 card and hope this is true.

I don't think so. All the updated spec pages say the lower model (now 1.83Ghz) still has a 128Mb card. 99% of the time you'll not notice the difference.
It's possible, but highly doubtful. Thats one of the main things seperating the $500 price difference.
