One month ago my touchbar stuck completely. It had been flickering for a year. I was devastated completely. Moreover that day I took my macbook to another desk and closed it for a while(i'm using it as pc with an external monitor 99% of time). All was frozen except mouse. I wasn't able to type a password or click something. I was shocked and had doing nothing but work trying to forget this bugs.
Now packing my stuff to go home for Christmas(Merry Christmas to You) and minded to try bring back default screen resolution. And my touchbar returned(it was dead for over a month). And mac wasn't freezing anymore. Wow! Hope this will help someone.
If someone knows how to keep 2560 resolution and resolve freezing problem I will glad to try.
