MBP M1Pro Crashes at 1AM

Has anyone ever experienced an issue where mac will just suddenly disconnect everything at 1am and then suddenly crashes. The first it happened to me, every time it restarts, it just goes upto 1/4 of the loading and then crash again forcing me to reinstall macOS. The second time, I was able to go back to normal by properly shutting down the machine. Been looking around for anyone with the same issue but to no avail, maybe my mac is just not making me stay up too late

You have a Mac that is a couple of weeks old.
Get it replaced, this shouldn't be happening with a brand new machine.

Which hardware? Which MacOS version? Can you kindly present us the crash report here?

Do you have a wake/sleep schedule set perhaps? Shouldn't crash regardless, of course, but could be contributing to another problem...
