Pretty sure I know the answer but Best Buy trade in for my M3 is $1200. I have some money set aside so the 'upgrade' most likely not be worth it. Opinions?

Longer battery life (22hr vs. 18hr)
upto 2 more CPU cores (14 vs 12), more performance cores (10 vs. 6)
upto 2 more GPU cores (20 vs 18)
More memory bandwidth (276GB/s vs 150GB/s)
Higher base ram (24GB vs 18GB)
brighter screen in SDR (1000 nit vs 600 nit)
12MP camera w/ centre stage and desk view vs 1080p camera
Thunderbolt 5 vs. Thunderbolt 4 (all 3 ports)
At least an extra year of support.

Whether any of that is worth the price difference is up to you. What is your M3 Pro not doing that you wish it did?

The M3 is fine. Best Buy had me tempted because they were offering $1200 in trade. I really didn't NEED the upgrade. Was just tempted...
