Guys my freind has a MBP and i know this sounds really strange but my friend put the disk into it and now cannot get it out. I tried all the normal stuff (mouse startup, terminal and other stuff) but nothing works!

I can fit another disk most of the way into the disk drive, then i hit the other disk :( :( . it seams to have gone like, through the drive! i really need to get it out. :( :(

Can anybody help us?

Look in the drive slot for a small button that can be depressed with the end of a paper clip. This is the manual eject button. I think its on the right side of the CD slot opening. Its just like the bigger button found on tray loading CD drives only much smaller and round. Good luck.

was it one of the "mini" CDs? those are a no-no for slot loading drives.

if you can't get it out you might have to go to an Apple Store or Repair Center to get it removed.
