MBP on 10.8.4 No Internet at All

Hello guys!
Im new to this forum. after searching on the internet all the night and finding no proper solution, I decided to register here and write about my problem, maybe someone will find a solution.

Got MBP 2012 model with 2.6 i7 8gb ram 720 hd etc. The book was wroking fine without problems.

Recently updated to 10.8.4 (again working fine after the update) but since yesterday morning got no internet or ethernet connections at all. that (!) sign appears on the wifi icon. when \I click on the icon, it shows that im connected to the WIFI, but theres no internet.

tried various solutions found on the internet.

Have tried the "assist me" few times on both internet and ethernet connection =>nothing.
Tried renewing the DHCP,
Tried to add new connection with renewed DHCP lease
Tried deleting the Library/preferences/systemConfigurations folder and emptying the recycle bin and restarting=> nothing
Tried safe boot and restarted after wards. again nothing
tried the combo at surtup option+Command+R+P (sorry im a new mac user, dont know the name) no solution.

maybe tried a couple of other suggestions found on the net, which i dont remember now.

all the other deviced including MBP, iphones, ipad, PC, laptops work fine with this wifi.

EDITED: tried hardware tests to see if theres something with the hardware, but everything is fine.
Please help

Try deleting all the network information from the problem system in System Preferences and then adding it again.

I'm sorry, but what exactly do you mean? Where's the problem system in system preferences ? I couldn't find one.

You said you had more than one system. And one with had the problem of no network connection. That is the problem system.

Try deleting all the network information from the problem system in System Preferences and then adding it again.

Can you ping the router (use /Applications/Utilities/Network Utility to do the ping by IP address)? Are you getting a DNS server information in System Preferences->Network pane, Advanced button?

In system preferences/network/advanced the DNS SERVERS window is empty. The ping by IP didn't work:
Ping sendto: no route to host

It sounds to me that if you're able to connect to your wifi network but get no internet connection, it could be a firewall issue. Firstly check that the firewall options in the security preferences on the affected mac are not blocking any outgoing or incoming network connections. If all is well, log into your router with the details supplied on the back or base of your router and turn off the firewall to see if that makes any difference. If you use a password for your network then leave it enabled.

I checked, the firewall was off on the MacBook , then I logged into router and disabled the firewall as you said. There's still nothing
By the way when I checked thorough network utility , in the info panel i could see sent packages 12
Received packages 383, and the number was going up.

Guys,i have decided to format and fully reinstall the OSX. My 2012 MBP came with NO restoration CD or DVD with it. the OS on it was Lion and I updated to Mountain Lion right after I started using it. Now i want an original software to reinstall. Can someone tell me how to get an authentic copy of OSX ML from Mac APPSTORE? is it possible to download it to PC and make a bootable DVD and use on MBP?

Problem solved. Done a clear install of 10.8 mountain lion.
