I'm an Apple hardware noob for the most part. I just returned my iMac today, which I had purchased some OWC RAM for (2x2GB) and so now I have the RAM with no computer for it. I was going to try to sell it, but my mom also just ordered a new MBP today with 2 gigs of RAM. Is the iMac RAM the same as the MBP RAM so she could just take out her 2 gigs on drop my 4 gigs in instead?
