MBP Screen Cracked

I noticed a small crack the other day, I had no idea where it came form as I'm very careful with my mac, I've never dropped it and always have a case on it.

I opened it just now and there are many cracks on the screen, I can use it, but I only fear it'll get worse :eek:

But I don't know where they came from..

Anyway, I'm assuming my warranty won't cover this, regardless to the fact I'm at a loss with it all - I did notice that the first crack appeared after my mac got very hot.

How much will a replacement screen cost? :(

quite a few bucks depending on the year of the computer you may just be better off replacing it
