Look for your serial number.

The number after W86 will be the week of its release.

Thanks for your fast answer. Well, the thing is I don't have the Mac yet. I want to buy a Mac from an online store (not the official Apple Online Store). But I want to check if they sell "new" Macs. They list the serial number, but I couldn't find the serial number on the Apple Store (and therefore couldn't compair them).
