MBP Sleeping Issue

As of lately when I come back to my MBP after it's been sleeping for a while I get a problem. The screen slowly turns a lighter grey and a box appears saying please hold down the power for a few seconds to restart your computer. I hope you guys know what error I'm talkign about.

Any idea on why this is happening and or how to fix it?

It's a kernel panic. Look into your panic.log file.

I realized this is probably due to my new logic laser mouse. I just uninstalled the software I got for it, is there anything else I can do?
