Calibrate it again, and if it doesnt help, bring it back to apple, they will change a brand new one for you.
Thats what happened to me few months ago :)
hope that helps

hey guys.. i calibrated the battery yesterday and it had absolutely no effect. Actually the capacity is now down to 94% :( . so i called up applecare and they said they'll check it once and replace it. !!!! but i want to know if i should really get it exchanged ?? will they give me a used one or a brand new one?? the thing is im in india and dunno wat they gonna do.. they asked me to bring it in tomorrow. so i'd like to know what u guys say before i do something..

yay!!! i called up applecare that day! they were pretty cool and after talking ( and putting me on hold for sometime) they said they would replace it! i took in my mbp to this wierd Apple premium retailer( apparently any apple product u wanted would be ordered for u and all they had was a eMac on display!! and few other posters!!
my issue was noted and apparently they had to place an order even for the battery.. but the bottom line is i got a replacement a brand new battery!!

This has been discussed about three billion times already, but you must remember that lithium ion batteries degrade and lose capacity over time. That's a fact. Nothing you've complained about thus far is out of the ordinary or indicates anything is wrong. The fact that Apple agreed to replace your "faulty" battery is very strange, in fact. It's certainly not their policy. Unless something else has been going on which you didn't mention.

Don't be surprised in a few month's time when your battery health is less than 100% again.

Few months?! That's way overkill! I'll second you on the fact that it is weird that they agreed to replace it. They wouldn't even replace mine that was at 26 cycles, 2 months old, and iStat and Coconut Battery were BOTH showing at 63% health. They finally agreed to replace it because of the fact that the computer would shut down with 30-40% left on the meter. 95% is NOTHING to stress over.
