Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could give me a d/l for their profile which was created by professional calibration software. I noticed several people have already done this, however, none I have seen have been for the SAMSUNG display. Thank you.

Every display is potentially different, evidenced by the fact that displays manufactured in the same week from the same company yield varying degrees of success. "Professional calibration" would need to be tuned to your specific screen.

This is true, but let me assure you that so far the profiles provided have made a world of difference. Just trying to get the best calibration that is possible without doing it myself. So if anyone has a SAMSUNG screen a little help would be nice. Thanks:)

Here's one for my 9C68 Samsung glossy. I created it with a GretagMacbeth Eye-One Display 2 and Eye-One Match v3.6.1.

To use, unzip the attached file and place the resulting .icc in either ~/Library/ColorSync/Profiles/ or /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/Displays/ (the latter will let the profile act as a system-wide default).

Once installed, you can open System Preferences -> Displays, select the Color tab, and choose "Color LCD Calibrated" from the list. Make sure "Show profiles for this display only" is not checked.

This profile was created with a target whitepoint of 6500K and a gamma of 2.2. Hope it helps.

Hey I really appreciate it, thank you! I am going to give it a try.

Ah, if only someone could do the same for a 9C67 LG matte display... ^^;;

Alas, I'm stuck using the Adobe RGB profile, which seems to be the best I can manage. None of the profiles I've created using SuperCal turn out quite right.
