MBP SR - still popping sounds?

Hey fellas!

I got my MBP 2.4 since the day it came out. I am very satisfied with it but there is one issue that is driving me nuts. When I plug in my external sound system (jbl creature) i occasionally get this strange popping sound. Is this a problem other users also encounter or shall I bring my MBP in for a repair?

MBPs have been known to have sound problems occasionally, so there's really not much you can do short of complaining to Apple, but they might not listen to you as they're not Apple speakers popping...

Had the same problem but on the previous MBP's. This audio update fixed it for me, though.
