Hi everyone,
I have had some issues lately with my MBP while trying to rip DVD's for the Apple TV. Several discs seem to be nearly unreadable by the MBP drive, to the point where they just get spit out of the drive after being insterted. The drive tries to spin up a few times, then gives up and ejects. I've had this issue with the following movies -

LA Story (brand new!)
Finding Nemo
Blades of Glory (brand new!)
Memoirs Of A Geisha

A few others as well that I can't remember. I am not sure where this issue is - the macbook pro (SR version), or the dvds (which work fine in dvd players but not at all here), but i've also had a few data discs (dvd-r and dvd+r) read funny and spit right out. Can anyone please help? Is this a computer issue? Do i need to get this machine looked at? Can anyone please help?! :)

Thanks,
Ashish
