The LED brightness control has a problem since I installed Vista Ultimate using BootCamp 1.4:
The brightness will go to the highest level when coming back from sleep, hibernation, screensaver, or any fullscreen application, like a game.
It does not make my MBP unusable, but quite annoying, especially at night. Has anyone noticed this issue, or am I alone??

brightness seems to be an issue on a number of systems running vista and bootcamp. I do not have this same issue but it is clear there is only minimal support for hardware control in general at this point. the question to ask, though: does apple really care to address these issues? (seems unlikely.)

I guess I need to live with problem for a while. Anyway I am quite satisfied with this machine. I brought it for $1800, replaced the 120G HD by 200G 7k200 HD, costing me $200. That's it, the fastest and sexiest PC I can ever get under $2000. Though I never use Mac OS, I loooove my MBP:D

Of cause it will be great if someone come up with a solution of this issue. That will make my MBP perfect.
