MBP whine/noise fix by Nullriver

Here is a kernel extension that cancels the noise. I don't know if it's good or not, but it sure does the job!

Removed the whine but I lost about 25 minutes of battery.
I'll keep it on for a couple of days to see if I wan't to keep it or not. I really like battery life. Don't know yet if I like a no whine MBP better. Only time will tell, only time will tell.......

I think C4 is the lowest power mode....so it probably stops the CPU from powering down.
