MBPr mid 2012 8gb - Catalina Yes or No

Hi to all,

I have a MacBook Pro with Retina display (Mid 2012) 8GB of RAM and I would like to ask if it is worth it to move on to OSX Catalina. Currently I am on 10.14.6. Will my machine handle Catalina, will I notice any difference better or worst?
All the apps I run are 64bit.

I have the same machine and the latest macOS version runs fine on it. You can definitely feel the age but it’s still absolutely usable.

Yes it will be fine, I'm running Catalina on my non Retina Mid 2012 13" MacBook Pro (with a SSD and 8GB of RAM) and it's running perfectly fine.
