MBPr some sdd operations slow after 10.10.4 update

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I updated to 10.10.4 and what a mistake it was!

Now whenever I need to open/attach files from my sdd in Photoshop, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Mail and etc, I have thinking icon for 10-11 seconds and only then everything works fast. Happens each time, I rebooted couple of times and everything stayed the same.

Tried googling and didn't find anything useful.

Any suggestions/ideas?

Oh and my sdd isn't from third party, so that's out of the questions.

Updated yesterday with my spec'd below system, and all is well. Unknown what system you have (not mentioned). My files transfer are fine. Someone might assist you later. Good luck

PS: I did a disk repair permission & PRAM after the update. Unknown if this would help

Found the issue by using console and studying processes.

It was Dropbox widget, turned it off and all works like a charm. Hopefully it helps to other people as well.
