MBPro 15" mid 2015 is the best choice?

Hi there!
Configuration: i7/1Tb/16gb/dGpu
My thoughts:
- more affordable because of price
- quad cores of i7
- dGpu amd 370x is a good choice for gaming
- normal ports for connectivity of everything
- no touchbar

Laptop for Windows only for local devs plus 2 VMs + plus second monitor + 50-100 tabs in chrome.
