I'm looking at the new C2D MBP, it looks like a pretty awesome tool. I'm currently running a black macbook with 2GB memory. I'm making an application that plays back audio and video. At the moment, whereas it all runs ok on the macbook, watching the activity monitor, the CPU usage increases significantly when you start playing and mixing quicktime movies, full screen on an external monitor. What I'm getting at... one of the major differences between MB and MBP is the dedicated video card... will this affect the CPU usage when playing back quicktime?
I'm strongly considering it, though this is one of the major issues that might swing it.
